Terms of use

The guides and map support travel planning. Operators and authorities determine actual services and entry permission. Bookings through external sellers follow the terms shown by those sellers.

Using the travel information

Fares and timetables are dated examples. Operators can change departures, vehicles, boarding points and conditions. Your confirmation and the operator's current notices govern your journey.

An immigration guide is not permission to enter a country. Entry depends on your passport, documents and the decision of the relevant authority.

External bookings

Thailand Transport Hub publishes information and links to booking services, including 12Go. It does not operate transport, issue tickets or hold booking payments.

Before buying, read the seller's cancellation, baggage, transfer and check-in conditions. Direct booking disputes and refund requests to the seller named on the confirmation. The affiliate disclosure explains the commercial relationship.

Text, photographs and map reuse

For permission to reproduce articles or photographs, email contact@thailandtransporthub.com. Third-party photographs and trademarks retain their owners' rights.

The transport map presentation is offered under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. Underlying geographic data has separate licences, including OpenStreetMap's ODbL. Read the map licence and keep the required attribution when reusing files. The map shows schematic geography, not live departures or border permission.

Publisher and contact

Thailand Transport Hub is an editorial organization based in Bangkok, Thailand. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, subject to applicable mandatory rights.

Thailand Transport Hub

Written and maintained from Bangkok. The people behind this site have lived in Thailand for two decades and cross these borders themselves. Routes and visa rules get rechecked whenever something changes, not on a fixed schedule that lets stale information sit for months.
