Report a transport change

Send corrections to contact@thailandtransporthub.com. Include:

  • The page URL and route, including which direction you travelled.
  • Your travel date and the departure time, station, terminal or pier concerned.
  • What changed, with the new fare or timetable if you have it.
  • A link to the operator notice or a clear photo of the posted information.

For a fare, include the currency, ticket class and whether it was per person, per vehicle, one-way or return. This helps distinguish a changed price from a different ticket.

Remove names, passport numbers, booking references and payment details from attachments. An operator notice or timetable photo is usually enough.

Booking help

The seller on your confirmation handles cancellations, refunds and booking changes. Send ticket enquiries to that seller rather than this address. Do not send passport copies or payment information here.

Other enquiries

Use the same email address for broken links, accessibility problems, privacy questions and permission requests. Include the affected page and a short description. For a display problem, your browser and device details help.

Thailand Transport Hub

Written and maintained from Bangkok. The people behind this site have lived in Thailand for two decades and cross these borders themselves. Routes and visa rules get rechecked whenever something changes, not on a fixed schedule that lets stale information sit for months.
